Nestra does not guarantee a match, rental outcome, roommate outcome, or housing availability.

Nestra may review submissions, listings, or profiles to support a better user experience.

However, Nestra does not independently guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any listing, landlord, student, roommate, or match.

Users are responsible for doing their own judgment and due diligence before entering into any rental, roommate, or housing arrangement.

By submitting your information through Nestra, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry, profile, listing, match, or use of the platform.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos, design elements, and materials on nestrahousing.ca are owned by or licensed to Nestra unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use site content without permission.

8. Disclaimer

Nestra provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will always meet every user's expectations or requirements.
